The Library seeks applicants for the Open Educational Resources (OER) Fellowship – an accelerated version of our professional development program first instituted in 2015. Full-time and part-time faculty are eligible to apply with their chair’s approval. Faculty who are currently supplementing required course materials with freely available materials, library licensed digital resources, and OER are encouraged to apply.
See applications details below!
Participants will curate a zero-cost OER to replace the existing course material in a course taught this Fall 2018. In order to be considered zero-cost OER, the course section you teach must assign freely available resources within copyright and openly licensed materials; inclusion of library licensed digital resources is also recommended.
Program information
This intensive program will dedicate a significant portion of each of the three-day sessions to individual work on OER development in addition to seminar style discussions and activities.
