As we all know the assignment was to watch to videos and read a short selection about the advantages and new ways to informing the world about events and providing information that the internet brings. Lucky for me, I watched the two short videos first. The two short videos were lightly entertaining and they also provided useful information. Both videos about how to blog and wiki were humorous and that kept my attention throughout the video. The reading from “read:write” differed unfortunately. While it did provide useful information, its lack of moisture or entertainment can be compared to a desert going through a harsh drought. Maybe the transition from sort of entertaining videos to an informative text was too much for me.
