My internship this semester is with Tech & Bowery, it’s a small company, which have 10 to 50 employees located near Times Square at West 45th Street. The company is privately held, and the primary business of the company is eCommerce development and management company. They build and maintain eCommerce sites for brands and retail chains alike. The company have several famous client like Carter’s, HEAD, Kenneth Cole, True Religion, RBX. The company was founded in 2011, and it kept growing and having various clients, and I’m glad to be a part of this great company. Currently, I work in the design department and also I do photo-retouching for the photoshoots the company take for their clients. One of the recent events at the company is they took a project for a client which he wants to build his brand for dog’s boots. Since i huge dog lover, i found out this was a great project to work on, and i was enjoying it, i was responsible for doing all the photo retouches they take for the dog boots, and i was responsible also for designing a mock up for how their Instagram page will look like when they post the photos they took. It’s definitely an amazing thing to work on a project you like.
