Project 1

For my first project, I had to create a post for The Buzz utilizing the 10 things we love about OpenLab Handout created by a previous intern.

First I researched collaboration and community images to get an idea for the Featured image.

Then I digitally drew the hands interlocking to solidify the message of Community helping one another no matter the background or skill level.

This project helped set up my next task in creating a template document for posts categorized as “Did you know” (DYK) which is a segment that introduces helpful insightful tutorials and tips that students can utilize as OpenLab resources.

Part of the Template I created is a guideline for all posts and making sure it is reviewed thoroughly before scheduling to post.
