Journal Entry #3
The company I work for is a start up company so the office is an open area with about four or five people working at a time. The company isn’t really strict on dress code either. When I first started to intern at the company I dressed in business attire but after some time getting to know the company I started to wear polo shirts instead (the hot whether also influenced me to change). The culture of the company is laid back, I guess I would say. There is really not schedule except for the time of arrival and the time you leave. There is no specific time for lunch, we can go when ever we feel hungry but cannot stay out for more than an hour. I also enjoy the environment that they created because it is never boring and always fun.
