Spring has sprung, the grass has riz, this is where the flowers is.
..and so many more delectables at the Garden. Students have planted a wide range of spring greens and vegetables the last few weeks and will be caring for them with watering cans and compost in the days ahead. Lettuce and cilantro planted over the winter solstice will go to the ‘Battling Chef’ contestants on April 19 and we hope that radish and tatsoi will be ready for Prof Stewart’s lunch class on the 20th.
