The OpenLab is an open-source, digital platform designed to support teaching and learning at City Tech (New York City College of Technology), and to promote student and faculty engagement in the intellectual and social life of the college community.
Amazing story, this is going to be a great case study for generations to come concerning wine purchasing by restaurants, the laws sometimes are not clear, I hope city tech in the future would offer course regarding this legal aspects and also union laws and employees right more in depth.
There is information on this subject in the Legal Environment Course. It is detailed and varies from state to state but important to become familiar with (obviously!).
