Brooklyn Bridge

The brooklyn bridge is one of New York’s famous landmarks. To start off me and Ashley got a chance to visit one of the hotels located in the area. The hotel is a 4 diamond hotel called first hotel. The setting was entirely based off of the ecosystem. Which worked hand and hand in the view of the Brooklyn bridge. Ashely and I focused on the on the food and beverage aspect of the atmosphere. Which we came to the conclusion that the food and beverage is affected  by the the type of community in the area. Since there’s is a mix in population there’s a mix variety off cultured food specific to the Brooklyn bridge area. For example I compared the Brooklyn bridge location is populated with more upperclassmen so the variety of food would be something more healthy and more pricey compare to lower class or middle class locations we would have more fast food or home cooked food restaurants with reasonable prices. Most restaurants would be culture specific compared to the Brooklyn bridge.

Starting off in Brooklyn college while balancing everyday life and a high school schedule, She decided to continue her journey at New York City College of Technology. She has taken an interest in the culinary and business management field. At only 18 years old she has a full experience on the standards college sets. For two years she has learned the basics of being in the kitchen . Learning how to work under pressure and taking leadership and responsibilities she had a strong feeling that she was going to spend the rest of my life in the kitchen. However after the first semester in New York city of technology I have taken an interest in travel and tourism.

Her characteristics in class is most definitely  not the same as her characteristics in a professional environment, In a learning environment she learns fairly quickly and is quick to answer any question. she still remains a steady status and keeps her personal life out the classroom.  she still hate group work however she know it has to be done. She is extremely helpful and generous but often gets her kindness confused for weakness.

working in a professional environment she’s still judged. she’s  mistaken for ignorance because she doesn’t talk as much. Learning to be flexible and patient with people is her main focus.

Starting off in Brooklyn college while balancing her  everyday life and high school schedule, She decided to continue her journey at New York City College of Technology. She has taken an interest in the culinary and business management field. At only 18 years of age she has a full experience on the standards set in college. For two years she has learned the basics of being around the kitchen. She also has experience in maintenance, childcare, sales and has achieved basic Public speaking and leadership skills.Learning how to work under pressure and taking responsibility is why She have decided that the kitchen is the perfect place for her. She dreams to be happy and have a manageable lifestyle with this major. Her passion isn’t just in the kitchen, it follows her with every step she makes on the road to success.

Her characteristics in class is most definitely not the same her characteristics in professional environment  In a learning environment she is usually quick to participate, however she doesn’t like to converse all the time. In a learning environment she keeps up with her grades if passionate about the class. She also remain a steady status as just a student and keep her personal life out of the classroom. As a student she absolutely hate group work, however is willing to work with classmates for a good grade. She is extremely helpful and generous but often her kindness gets confused with weaknesses. She is not a fan of talkative people;she is very quick to remove myself from the situation by any means necessary. When feeling uncomfortable in an environment, normally she would shut down and won’t participate or speak as much as she would like to . It honestly doesn’t matter how much emotion run through her as a student ,regardless she will get her work done and do her part in the classroom.

Working in a professional environment she’s often judge the first two weeks . She mistaken for arrogance  for her lack of communication  skills, due to the fact that she keeps her job strictly on a professional note. In a professional field she’s willing to work with anyone. Learning to be flexible and patient with people is her main focus . In a profession environment she’s never late, unless there’s an emergency. She finds it important to stay on her toes and is be prepared for anything thrown her way.

Her main purpose is to succeed in life and not let anybody stand in her way. She hopes to accomplish her goals but takes note of everything she has already achieved.
