Jim Sherpa

As a student, first of all I respect to everyone .Second,I’m a responsible for everything .for example I always come to class.I usually do my homework even if I don’t know how to do it, I try my best because I think getting some points is better than getting a zero .I like to work with my classmates .I always pay attention even if I’m in a bad mood.As a student ,I’m not a really talkative but I’ll do my best to participate in class.

As a industry professional ,I’m a passionate about my work because I love what I do ,I have a fixed source of motivation that drives me to do my best.I am really organized. I always take notes.I like to meeting new people and learn about their lives.I like making people feel comfortable .I like to keep a clean workspace and create a clear filing method so I’m always able to find what I need. As a future industry leader,I like to work as a team. I can solve problem. I am also a good communicator .I pride myself on making sure people have right information because it operate better result.

My prior work experience includes being a host,and food runner.I feel this position helped me in the field because I gained experience working with the customers. My academic goal is to struggle with schooling and I’m interested in graduate school because it allows me to extend my knowledge in the field .

My career goals is to be a hotel manager. My personal strength is I’m a hard worker, flexibility, and teamwork.

    SO RELATABLE !!! As a student I also try my best , the fact that even when your in a bad mood it doesn’t distract you from work shows that you are a dedicated person. I am also not a talkative person I dread group work but I do what it takes to get the job done and your right some points are better then no points. I hope your able to achieve your career goal.

    Putting in the hard work eventually pays off, including myself i/m a very competitive person I like to get good grades, even the highest grade in class if i could. Keep being passionate for what you do because its what will keep you motivated to do bigger and better things.
