Looking at Multimodal Texts- Tabitha Demero

I would like to use the multimodal genre of slideshow just like in the 1619 project and 100 NewYorkers readings. I liked the use of images to keep the reader engaged, neither was it too lengthy. My links are listed below:

https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2019/08/14/magazine/1619-america-slavery.html

I couldn’t find any of my own ( how do I put it in google to show me some examples I tried “multimodal examples ” and “slideshow article examples” and still gave me definitions instead)

So 1619 is not exactly a slide show. It does have slides and then each slide has a different genre in it. Are you going to write several pieces and create a slide show for these? That sounds like a lot. You might do an infographic. Or a twitter thread (at least 11 tweets). Or a blog post. Or even an online magazine article for a magazine like Seventeen which as a very specific and clear audience.
