Many go to the gym and feel, see, and do the judgment of others. This is a problem among many gyms but their is people who try to shed light using both the social media and regular surveys. Ashley Macey from BRIT + Co did a survey of 1000 people and majority admitted to judging by what they wear, how the weight, and the improper use of machines . Then theirs people on social media who provide information how to do things properly and shed light on the type of people who do the judging and have terrible behavior at the gym like alistair_liftz on istagram and many more.
