My question would be what were the roles of African Americans during the revolutionary war and why isn’t it spoken more about. Am interested in this question because it’s not very spoken about or taught and it should be praised more because of the impacts of what could have happened if nothing had taken place during a time of need. I expect to learn more about their bravery, service and key events that lead up. Throughout conflict, African Americans refused to be merely bystanders and pledged their allegiance to the side that appeared to provide the best chance for freedom. Numerous people took part actively, while others were victims and only a few managed to liberate themselves
