Week 14 Agenda: Finalizing and Submitting Unit 3

For Monday, 11/28 (asynchronous, work due on our class site by 11:59 pm)

  • Continue working on drafting Unit 3: Writing in a New Genre. 
  • Make sure you are also working on the your one-page reflection and genre analysis (Part II) of this assignment. And remember you have already done some of the thinking for this reflection on our class site and in class.


For Wednesday, 11/30 (in-person session at City Tech)

  • Bring a print or digital copy of Unit 3 to class. 
  • We will meet in the general building room G603 for class.
    • To find the general building, go from Namm, through the library building (the one with the glass), and keep going until you can’t go any further because the building ends and the wall is there. The General building is on your left. The building on your right is Pearl. You want the one on your left if you are facing the wall.

For Friday 12/2 (asynchronous, work due on our class site by 11:59 pm)

  • Unit 3 assignments (Writing in a New Genre) are due
  • Create a post that includes a link to your Unit 3 assignment.
  • Before publishing your post, make sure you do the following:
    • Title it “Unit 3 Submission”
    • Pick the category “Unit 3 Work”
    • Then publish the post. If you prefer, you can set the visibility to private.
