  1. In my group project we talked and resarched more about the network being hacked, and reviewed the phrases, the IEE format, and paragraphs. Made sure we used IEEE format in our quotes and in the paragraphs.

My group members and I kept a constant form of communication by making phone calls and text messages. During this group project, my role was to write about the solutions to protect users from Wireless Security Breaches. I included the types of ways hackers can gain access to your network and how to protect yourself from any future threats. I also included IEEE academic resources that elaborated on which specific security protection methods to use. In the end, for the oral presentation, I elaborated more on the different ways to protect yourself.

During this week I revised our writing project. I also created the website, and being present for the oral presentation. I am not including any draft or resource since we are all done, just waiting for other team members to confirm that they are not going to change or include anything else.

During the entirety of the group project, I have managed to email all of my fellow group members and created a constant way of communication. I’ve also been helping everyone in my group stay on top of tasks such as checking in with the professor if they are going to miss out on anything, project-related and creating the entire google drive folder for us to have access to the documents. As of right now, each of my group members, including me are working on our perspective topics and we will submit everything when it is ready. I will continue to keep my group members informed of what needs to get done and hopefully be done with the project.

We’ve all kept up to date communication and we’ve been able to schedule everything accordingly. I’ve assisted with creating the script and performed some addition research regarding our topic of networks being hacked to give real world examples in our presentation.

I have been in constant communication with my group mates about the report and presentation and we have been working diligently. We have decided to split the work evenly covering one topic from each section of the requirements. For instances, I decided to write between 800-1000 words total for my contribution. I will be covering the topics, ‘The year blockchain technology was invented and why?’, covering a –knowledge and history– section of blockchain technology, ‘Security problems with blockchain technology’, covering –possible causes and issues–, and also, ‘Improved transactional process’ and ‘immutability of blockchain’ and some personal ideas as to solutions for blockchain technology. My group mates will be covering the same structure, a topic from each section, that way we contribute equally with the requirements and also with the sources for the IEEE format.

We will also collaborate this week where I will be structurally putting the report together before uploading and also writing the introduction and conclusion last.

My group members and I maintained a steady line of communication through phone calls and Whatsapp texts. My task for this group project was to write about the Significance of Cybersecurity. I went into great length regarding the significance of cybersecurity. I also supplied IEEE academic publications that went into detail about the security protection strategies to use. Finally, I’ll set up a Zoom conference for the oral presentation and distribute it to my team members.

My group has met on zoom a few times to keep each other updated. I am in charge of the solutions and conclusion of our group project so I’ve done some extensive research into the education of the general mass and how that can benefit the public in cybersecurity preventative measures.

Our group had great communication about the project and did the division of labor. I am in charge of the cybersecurity implements section after discussion. I did some research and got some good resources for my section. I will talk about cybersecurity implements from enterprise and personal specific in my writing.

Our team communicated well about the project and divided tasks effectively. After some deliberation, I’ve been assigned to the cybersecurity implements area. For my segment, I performed some research and found some useful resources. IEEE scholarly articles were also provided, which went into precise detail. We are done with group presentation on Zoom and now just putting things together.
