PEER OBSERVATION SUMMARY

My peer observations have all been deemed “excellent” since I became tenure-track. Our department traditionally did peer observations every semester rather than every year. The pandemic put a pause on observations for a time, and now we do yearly.

SPRING 2023 “excellent” HMGT 1102  “Prof. Stewart demonstrated expert knowledge of the subject matter. The design of her  lesson to include student presentations on the lesson topic, their questions, eager participation in the discussions and the lively and respectful environment of her classroom resulted in a successful learning experience.”
