About Me

Hello. I have worked as a chef in professional kitchens for over 25 years, and made the transition to teaching cooking in 2007. I grew up in Sacramento, California and started working in restaurants as a teenager. My family has a home in Newfoundland, where I spend my summers. I am one of the few people I know (other than my co-workers) who look forward to coming to work every day. I love my job and I love watching City Tech students thrive.
