Member, College Academic Integrity Committee, appointed by Provost August beginning fall 2019. This important committee hears students’ cases when accused of academic infractions (often plagiarism). We review the Faculty Action Report and accompanying evidence, as well as meet with both the professor and the student. We then vote on whether the student is found “responsible,” and if so, the finding goes in their file should they later be in front of the Faculty Student Disciplinary Committee. 

Member, General Education Committee, began service fall 2019. I am on the Assessment sub-committee, which is currently grappling with how teachers will manage Artificial Intelligence.  

Member, Faculty Student Library Advisory Committee (FSLAC). This committee works to advocate for a positive library experience, to improve the library experience, and to ensure that research resources are used to their full potential, formed December 2016

Chair, Faculty Student Disciplinary Committee, appointed fall 2018. Elected member spring 2014, with term until July 2016.  Term ended fall 2023. This committee has the authority to sanction students, with punishment that can include dismissal from the college. 

President’s Holiday Party, Food production, 2018. Chair, 2017. Staffing Coordinator and Payroll Supervisor, 2016, & 2015. In 2013 & 2012 I was lead chef, responsible for the food production for 300 guests in the Janet Lefler Dining Room.
