This image of blurred motion has the framed filled. There is the use of patterns and repetition of the square tiles. And there is the look of the shoe in two places at once on the door and the hand near the right center of the image. How was it done?
The shoe might show blurred motion but I would not call this an example of filling the frame. that would be achieved by a tight close up of the shoe.
