1)What, from what youāve seen so far, are the āingredientsā (also known as āconventionsā) of an education narrative?
The ingredients to writing a education narrative is to set the scene so that the audience is engaged . By doing that the reader starts to think of the people involved and also the setting of the narrative. Another thing is to introduce a problem of some sort to the give the story a purpose . For example in the narrative we read , he struggles to write poems and what to write about and then goes on to say that he wants to write about the questions he had as a teen and the confrontations at a young age. Another aspect of writing a well written education narrative Is to have a message or moral to this story . You can’t have a narrative and have no moral to what you’re writing , the whole point is there is a message hidden that the author is trying to bring to the readers attention.
2)What do you think might be a place to get started with your own education narrative?
Every narrative starts somewhere , so you start your story and then the ideas come flowing right after. The start though should spark a readers interest. To spark an interest you should hook them by posing a question ,introducing a character or personnel, you can also set a scene, by doing any of those 3 you are gravitating them to learn about the story . You want to make it dynamic but clear so the reader is not confused.
3)What are your questions or concerns about writing an education narrative of your own?
I think the one thing is making sure with the start of the story , by that I mean having a good story to tell that entices the reader. I want to make sure that I have a dynamic point that also is clear to the reader. I want to be able to introduce the story in a interesting point by including a scene or action to bring the reader in .
