- Where are they, and how do I access them?
- Sketch out a plan of your home showing how you would exit the building in case of an emergency. If you live in an apartment building, show the path from your apartment door all the way to the outside of the building, not the inside of your own apartment.
- Keep in mind that most buildings should have at least 2 means of egress.
