- Daily Sketches (5 minimum) – Seating
- Sketch 5 different types of seating you see anywhere (your house, a park, school, work, a theater…)
- Kohl Drawings:
- Finish all drawings (plan, sections, elevations, axon) if you haven’t already and post your final images to Miro
- Reading

Activities
- In Class Activity – Personal Space
- Think about a space you liked being in as a kid and try to identify the physical elements that comprised up the space
- What about it appealed to you?
- Provide sketches (plan + section) of the space as best you can from memory, and mark up some of the spatial qualities that you can identify as being important to making the space what it is
- Identify some other places that have similar spatial qualities
- Collect all of these images (print out downstairs in the computer lab) and pin up on the board to review together

- Sketch 5 different potential spatial configurations for the 20 x 20 x 20 space that we’ll be developing in project 2
- Project 2 – Concept
- Come up with an initial concept for your 20 x 20 x 20 space and be prepared to discuss next class
