When I take a look at the photographs that Robert Frank took all I see is art, yes it may have a political conflict reflected. However, Robert Frank was a young Jew having no experience with racism so he didn’t know the conflict people might have had when viewing his work. Robert Frank’s main focus was in giving a sense of the country and how he was viewing things as natural as could be. In reality that is what art and photography should be, it should be something with a strong message and have no staging involved making the image come out even stronger when people view it. In my opinion, I believe Robert Frank did a good job in getting the reality of the country during that time of history.
