My beat will focus on physical health as it is one of the essential things in our life where we need to maintain our health, get proper sleep, and cut down harmful habits. Daily, many teenagers and young adults often struggle not to prioritize how to keep their well-being by staying healthy or sleeping. My research knowledge often shows how badly young teens’ and adults’ bodies are inactive. It mainly requires them to exercise, eat healthily and make small changes that often involve doing some work at home. It shows how teens in school are not engaged in physical activity. It creates a lot of unhealthy situations. Even for myself, I learned to prioritize how necessary it is to take care of ourselves, which involves a lot of self-care, physical activity, and proper sleep. As you can tell, my target audience will be young teens and adults with a struggling focus on physical health. As this story will be interesting, readers will be able to see the importance of physical health and how teens and adults have a difficult time coping with staying healthy. I will find this the information from experts and articles that have stated how many teens and young adults living an unhealthy lifestyle consider not doing exercise, not actively daily as they should be.
