My beat is to help make health and fitness a priority is many peoples lives. Football has changed a lot of families lives for the good and for the bad. Ive been extremely fortunate to used my experience with football to create great relationships and pick up a great fitness routine. Fitness leads to great health and will ultimately pay off especially when we’re all gray and old but you’re the one still running a mile a minute. Great fitness lead to great health and with these two things come a great amount of confidence. Of course, we all have our bad days and moments but if your mind is set on something it will happen. Everything is a process of elimination and examination. You have to find out what works best for you and excelling in a fitness plan will help achieve greater this.Β
