I got really helpful feedback from the professor. She mentioned that I did well when I explained the acronym “PR.” She gave me some title and organization suggestions that allowed me to brainstorm new ideas. In my revision, I plan to remove a particular paragraph that talks about training splits. I think the paragraph is completely unnecessary. In my draft, I explained the meaning of what a PR was, however, I don’t ever mention it again. So, I plan to tie the significance of the acronym PR back to “How many sets do you have left?” I’ll focus on PR a little more and tie it back to my overall fitness journey. I will somehow conclude with where I currently am in my fitness journey, and how becoming part of that one-mind community helped me get there and kept me going. I’ll play around with certain things, and I’ll see how far it gets me.
