To get onto Blackboard use the quicklinks from CityTech’s website https://www.citytech.cuny.edu/, or go to http://portal.cuny.edu. After you log onto Blackboard, you will see our course listed. Go to Assignments on the left sidebar, under “Writing Assignment #1 Submission,” click on >>View/Complete, then follow the directions to upload your file. The system will take a few minutes to generate your SafeAssign report, so be patient. What is SafeAssign? Click here to find out. From experience, I’ve noticed that SafeAssign doesn’t catch everything, therefore, a matching rate of over 10% is a flag for me.
