Dr. Amit Mehrotra is an Assistant Professor at the New York City College of Technology of the City University of New York. Dr. Mehrotra has worked in the hospitality and tourism industry for more than 12 years and has presented at numerous conferences, most notably in the areas of Hospitality Education and Assessment, Technology in Higher Education, Native American Cuisine and Tourism and LGBTQ Issues in the Workplace.
