I would have to say that my favorite perk that comes with being a CUNY Student is definetly the amount of discounts that we have access too. This is an essential especially for those who do not necessarily have a lot of money in general. We have access to free NY Times, discounts to museums, galleries, and exhibitions. Being able to have fun and bond with other students at a very reasonable price is an essential to some students. Also textbook and even food discounts are a necessity to every student even if it may not be extremely expensive it is still good to get stuff at a more affordable price.
