In my major I have been able to take many interesting and interactive classes that have better my over all knowledge of the industry. For example, I have taken two culinary classes, a baking class, and a dining room operations class which I will further explain in another page. These classes were hands on courses that actually allowed you to feel as if you were working in a fully functioning fine dining restaurant. Theses classes along with others, such as the wine and beverage class I will be taking next semester, will only help to give me a well rounded education for any field of hospitality I choose to go into.
