Michael Graves, an architect and an emeritus professor at Princeton brings up an issue that instead of drawing with hands we rely on machines, computers as he says “Are our hands becoming obsolete as creative tools? Are they being replaced by machines?” Graves also states “Architecture cannot divorce itself from drawing, no matter how impressive the techonology gets.” Theres not a want but a need to draw and we shouldn’t forget that. Grave has a strong argument, that encourages one to hand drawing. Grave mad it really clear no matter how advance techonology gets hand drawing is a must.
