One World Trade Center

The attacks of 9/11 have taken away a large part of not only the country but New York as well. The architectural piece that I admire in NYC is this 104 story high skyscraper located in lower manhattan known as One World Trade Center. The design of this building stands out as its transforms in shape as it rises. Among completion this new cutting edge designed skyscraper will become the tallest in the Western Hemisphere and in my eyes the revived heart of NYC. This skyscraper symbolizes rebirth and is a memorial to the those who have lost others in the 9/11 attacks. Watching this great tower rise and make its way up into the Manhattan skyline has been a great experience.
