In the fall of 2015, students organized themselves to create a plan for a day of organized, physical action as a response to the Tactical Media Project. Students used consensus decision making and horizontal, leaderless organization to create their work. Students came to decisions based on consensus. This meant that any single group member had the power to block any decision made by the group. Agreement among everyone was required in order to move forward in each stage of the process.
Students decided to organize a plan of action to combat forward momentum concerning genetically modified organisms in the food supply system.
