Andreas Kakolyris is a PhD candidate in Economics at the Graduate Center, City University of New York. His research interests pertain to the area of Financial Economics with an emphasis on asset pricing and risk management. He earned a Master’s degree in Business Mathematics from Athens University of Economics and Business and a Master’s degree in Statistics from the University of Florida. His undergraduate degree is in Mathematics from the University of Athens. His teaching addresses Statistics, Finance and Applied Mathematics at various institutions including City University of New York , Columbia University and Yeshiva University.
