Livewell Post 3

In continuing with the livewell program, I decided to have fruit smoothie for breakfast and dish the carbs on a side. Also I included more vegetables with meals. On the days I don’t go to the gym I jog or walk to keep myself active. On the days I don’t do anything activity I feel very guilty.

Livewell Session11

After I completed session two I realized I felt short from the first session. I am a working progress with determination to stay healthy and to open up a little more when there is an issue that is bothering me. As I read in the exercise stress and how it can affect our well being I am more than determine to open up more so that certain issues don’t stress me out. And keeping with maintaining a healthy life style I have decided to jug five days a week.
