Livewell Session III

I have enjoyed all the personalized feedback from Live Well program. After I complete the third session of livewell, I feel more motivated to eat healthy and exercise more frequently. I am now in the action stage for healthy eating and exercising. I need to continue on exercising and eating more healthy choices instead of junk foods. All these time I gave excused of the semester load and stress I have from the classes, now I will have more time to go to gym every day and exercise regularly.

LiveWell session II

I have really enjoyed the personalized feedback from Live Well program. I am always very conscious about my diet, after taking the assessment, live Well program has made me more conscious about my nutrition choices. In liveWell session two I am in the maintenance for exercise and in the action for eating enough fruits and vegetables.  I have been eating more fruits and vegetables instead of junk foods now. I normally preferred to eat more protein rich diet compared to carbohydrates and lipids.

I have enjoyed the personalized feedback from Live Well program. I am committed to do more physical activities by taking stairs more and being on my feet as often as possible. To count my steps and physical activities I use fitbit charge 2 as my personal coach.
