Nursing is a profession that I have always looked upon with respect. My family consists of many health care professionals, most of which are nurses; so my interest in nursing ignited from a very early age. In my opinion, nurses make a difference in an individual’s life; as they coordinate and provide competent care to human beings. I enjoy giving of myself to help others and simultaneously I am able to give back to society. Nursing is also a highly demanding career that brings new challenges every day, but with it comes many rewards and a genuine sense of job satisfaction. In my current position at Home Health Management Services Inc. it has been very easy to carry my philosophy/belief about nursing into my professional life. My personal mission is to collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver quality health care to my clients in an innovative and proficient manner. Nursing is my life.
