GIF vs JPEG
i noticed the GIF is more pixelated when it is zoomed in

i noticed that they both stayed the same
Presets
i noticed that when dithered it looks more like a painting, as GIFs it did not change at all for me they stayed the same maybe zooming would change it, and for GIF 128 dithered the pixels were much more visible
Resizing
i noticed when constrained is on and the width is changed nothing happens to the dog, but when the constrained button is off the image gets smaller,specifically the width of the image.
