I attended a school that was grades 6-12 and during that time I’ve gotten to know a lot of people. I’ve seen people change for better and worse. One of my closest friends to this day is Shantel. We knew of each other since the 6th grade but we didn’t become friends until around the 9th grade. Before that we were part of different friend groups. As time passed we each lost friends and gained new ones. Eventually we started to become friends we realized that we had personalities that meshed well. From the moment we became friends in the 9th grade we haven’t stopped since. We are currently friends to this day and we communicate everyday despite our busy schedules. She’s someone I can tell anything to and the same for her. I feel that we have gotten each other through some hard times and our friendship has never wavered.
