Out of all the readings, Myriam Gurba’s work was my favorite. Reading her article felt like I was talking to a friend. I loved how she was able to integrate herself into her work. A few questions I would ask are, would you write a specific article like this again? How did it feel when you finally were able to publish your work, unfiltered? Why do you think about people from well-off positions write a romanticized version of the realities people face outside of their bubbles?
