My experience with writing short stories was okay. I had a hard time with the first short story because I wasn’t sure what to talk about in my story. I ended up not doing the first story because I honestly couldn’t think about any past events to make into a story. But with the second story, I had a much easier time making up a story because we had many options to choose from. Another reason why I struggled with writing the story stories is that I struggled at creating a story that sounded interesting. My second short story sounded plainer and not as creative. Overall I think I had an easier time writing the memoirs than writing the short story because I just had to talk about something that happened.
