My experience with memoir writing is only improving from memoir one to memoir two. At first it was difficult for me to write a memoir but as I revise through it I can see the mistakes I made so that on the next one I don’t make the same mistake. I also take some notes from the cohort critiques which has helped me with my writing. After writing “Meet my….” and connecting it to my memoir one was fun to write about and I enjoy writing about things that are impactful and meaningful to me. As I wrote about my time in my home country, Bangladesh for memoir two and that it was something that I will never forget. I’m looking forward to writing more memoirs in the future and improve my writing on the way.
