After doing this project and doing my research I found that the only difficult thing about doing this research was actually finding useful information I could use for my essay. Sometimes I would need to read an article twice in order to find something useful or maybe not get anything from that specific article. I did my Annotated Bibliography on Immigration so I found the statistics to be shocking as well as the process that the United States made in order to get citizenship also shocking since they made it so very few people who have been here for many years impossible to get even if they are good working people who do the right thing. The thing that I learned that I have not done before was being able to use scholarly databases in order to get reliable sources that are well trusted and now I can use that for future classes or research.

Class Meetings & Times: in person Mondays and Wednesdays, 2:30 – 3:45 PM in Namm 523A
Office Hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12 – 1:30 PM. I’ll be available through Zoom and will send an invitation via email that you should keep all semester. Try to join my meeting at the start of the hour, not at the end—since I may be talking to other students or have another appointment after the hour is up. If those times don’t work with your schedule, we can schedule a different time. This means you’ll have to schedule an appointment in advance via email. I suggest you have multiple times in mind, since your schedule may not mesh with mine!
