- I think it was important to them to attract people who don’t normally go to a greek play so that they would have a broader audience and since greek plays usually have a different language that can be confusing to some they made the original play dialogue a bit easier to understand.
- I think they included the police force in order for the community members to come together and for each side to see and listen to the opposing side’s point of view and truly see what it’s like to be in their shoes and see what has caused each side to behave the way they have.
- After watching the play, I definitely saw a new side to Anitgonew and I really got why this non-burial of her brother was an act of betrayal and was like a rekilling of someone who had already past.
