Bonjour!!
Today was the most awaited day for the students who both want to pursue career in the food industry and also like to be in the kitchen.
We began our day very early (specially for those who went to dinner with Prof. Lorenzini the night before). We mostly woke up between 5:45am – 6:00am so we could be at Brunoy by 9:00am. There was some trains and bus transferring, however the trip felt very smoothing. There we were greeted by some professors and chefs who enforced the importance of this program for all of us students.
Our baristas Sam, Vital and Irina showed some of their skills at the coffee bar – at that yearly we needed some caffeine to embrace the long day ahead of us. Group A and Group B proceeded to their assigned labs and started the work by 9:30am.
I have to confess that we Citytech students have a great team working skills that was very important today (and any other days) in order to succeed our goals. Good job guys.

This was the most exciting , and learning intensive day all semester . I have been looking forward to this day all semester , no matter how early I had to get up the knowledge provided was irreplaceable . Our team working skills, and professional knowledge was really desplayed. Love every minute of my learning experience .
