Self evaluation
Working with this organization so far, I can say learned a lot and definitely grew as a designer. Especially getting used to taking on new assignments I might have never done before was an incredible opportunity that I will always remember especially since this is the first internship that I have taken thus far. After taking on my first project for this organization I feel like it helped me find my own comfort zone especially in the design making process. I also can say I got way more adept with some programs I might not have used before like procreate for example and illustrator which is something I’m proficient with, but I don’t use it as often as I like. But in doing so I also became more comfortable making vector art as well, which is something I have always struggled finding my own process in which this internship helped me highlight.
It’s safe to say this internship experience for me was a very important experience for me. Even getting me more adept being in a more professional setting getting requests forwarded to you from clients, it held a different weight in my eyes and as such I think in me taking it as such, I am a more complete designer than I was before I started working at my internship
