Ethics In Design 1B

I haven’t had to sign an NDA for my internship, but regardless I’m still weary of sharing information because I wouldn’t want to be a Kog in the wheel for any business or organization. But certain things should just stay in house and in my scenario, they trust that I won’t share information regarding what’s going on behind the scenes. Because in my eyes that’s just the professional mindset we should all have.
Breaking something that is legally bound by a contract could lead you to possibly facing lawsuits and it could even damage your reputation. Hence why we should always read any contract we sign so we can see the actual stipulations at hand. I always try to stress that as a designer I would want to avoid any situations where I would put the company and my own livelihood at stake. We just have to follow to proper procedures not only ourselves but the company we work for as well.
