My First project was to design a Honors Graduation Program flyer, banner and screens for Dr. Lansiquot. This project was quite lengthy and took about 6 weeks to complete. I started by having an official meeting with Dr. Lansiquot where I introduced myself and asked her the specifics of the project. A week later I had three different drafts for her to pick from. After we chose a direction I started refining the layout. We had several meetings over the course of six weeks where Dr. Lansiquot and my mentor gave me feedback and suggestions on how to improve and what worked.
I learned the how important it is to remain patient and put your best work forward and to always give a realistic timeline for when you’d be able to complete drafts.
