Junior Tidal is the Chief Librarian, Professor for the Ursula C. Schwerin Library at the New York City College of Technology of the City University of New York. His research interests include usability, web metrics, and information architecture.
Originally from Whitesburg, Kentucky, he has earned a MLS and a Master’s in Information Science from Indiana University, Bloomington.
