Martin stated that, there was a common share in research and knowledge. Many corporations will do research with people who are very knowledgeable because they have the key points of knowing what they are doing. Being smart doesn’t mean that we know everything but also it means that we remember the things we need to remember and when information is being updated we add it to our knowledge too. Some corporations will only allow firm people to do a specific research, because if they allow someone else that just started in that field and don’t do a good job then they will lose money and reputation. As we know some corporations only are for how much money they will make or how much authority they will have in certain areas. Being stated that, “Research is the process of testing existing knowledge and developing new knowledge.” So as, corporations grow they will need more people that have a good knowledge.
