For those who are team climate, this will helpful to consider the trees. I found it very helpful on my design strategies for sustainability.
You can check blackboard to see your grades on the Sun Study and Trig assignment. The average score in the two classes was 40.82 and 41.94 with lows of 10 & 11 and highs of 90 & 100.
We will need to do some more work on working through this type of assignment including a review of the trigonometry involved. Please do not stress over your grade – you will get a chance to complete another assignment to offset/replace this grade.

Grading is available for you Ecological Footprint Studies. Please refer to blackboard to view your grade. If your work was incomplete in some way you have been asked to resubmit. If you do not resubmit the current grade will stand.
Also – please pay more attention to the naming of your files. I did not take points off for poor naming strategies will do so in future. We will rename proper file naming in class.
Also I thought you might want to see statistics that will allow you to compare your Ecological Footprint both student to student and class to class. See the chart below.
All Team PowerPoint presentations are to be uploaded no later than Thursday September 20th by 12 noon. I will download them all Thursday afternoon and will have them available for our class presentations.
If you were absent you must contact a fellow student prior to next class and ask to join one of the groups and offer your assistance. You must also make you own site visit to the Brooklyn Waterfront.
I recommend you go about solving this problem two ways – both by doing your calculations and by drawing it in section using AutoCad. If you do not get the same answers from both check both your drawing and your calculations as they should both match.
